On behalf of the Lakeview Landing Homeowners Association Board of Directors and the entire community, we warmly welcome you to Lakeview Landing. We look forward to meeting you in the coming months.

Our homeowners association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The five Board members are elected on a staggered basis by the community, with elections held at the annual homeowners meeting each April. The Board is responsible for overseeing the Association’s operations and finances, as well as ensuring members comply with the established rules and standards.

Please take the time to review the Association’s governing documents, which you should have received during your home purchase—either electronically or via digital link. A complete copy of the Lakeview Landing Offering Plan, containing all governing documents, is also available on Malta Development’s website: www.maltadevelopment.com/lakeview-landing-offering-plans.

If you are interested in participating in the Association’s optional landscaping and snow removal maintenance program, please log in to the PMI Capital District web portal at https://pmicd.cincwebaxis.com and complete the sign-up form located under Community Information > Optional Yard Maintenance and Snow Removal.

Before making any changes to the exterior of your property, please review the Association's General Covenants and Restrictions (Section 8.01 of the Declaration, pp. 52–56 of the Offering Plan), which outline the community’s rules and standards. These guidelines help protect your investment as a homeowner and preserve the architectural integrity of our neighborhood. The Board is happy to assist homeowners in preventing potential or inadvertent non-compliance. If you plan to make exterior changes, please complete an Exterior Change Review Form (ECRF) which can be downloaded from the PMI Capital District web portal at https://pmicd.cincwebaxis.com, located under Community Information > Documents.
